Shipping: We take our time to make sure your orders are done correctly! Although we ship daily; processing, packaging, and shipping for orders typically takes up to 10 business days. Most times, we ship much sooner. Delays can occur, due to the manufacturer, holidays, etc. Internationally shipped orders may take longer depending on the destination. All orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 priority shipping. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.

- Please allow 7 to 14 business days from the date that your order was placed for shipping. Allow 14 or more business days for International orders.
- All orders are shipped Priority through USPS.

- Due to the nature of our business, we are not responsible for failing to meet requests outside of the 7 to 14 business day time frame.

- We ship using the address provided in PayPal and at your time of checkout, please verify that the information is accurate.

- Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.
- We offer women fitted tees and unisex fitted tees. The women cut fitted tees RUN SMALL. ALL customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size charts prior to purchases.

- We are not responsible for exchanging or accepting returns due to customer error or failure to read the provided apparel descriptions.
- ALL figures and sizes are different. Therefore, sizes are NOT guaranteed.

- No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from customer service.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (outgoing & incoming). If an exchange is granted by customer service, additional shipping charges do apply.
- All Purchases prices ending in .99 are clearance and not eligible for exchange or return.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS AND DISCREPANCIES:
We carefully inspect all orders prior to shipping. However, it is the responsibility of the customer and/or authorized representative to thoroughly inspect orders upon receipt and report discrepancies to Kingdom Mental Health Summit.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE DAMAGES/ DEFECTS AND DISCREPANCIES POLICY CAN RESULT IN A DENIED CLAIM. BACK ORDERS:
- Due to the nature of our business, Kingdom Mental Health Summit is not responsible nor in control of back order items. Delays do occur from time to time due to items on back order status. If this is the case, you will be notified via email OR the info will be listed in the product description.
- All in-stock merchandise is subject to prior sales. Availability is not guaranteed.
